Holidays with Nana & Grandad

Nana and Grandad came to visit this week from England and took Ela up to the Entrance to give mummy n daddy a 'break'. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great (they brought the rain with them) but Ela made up for it with plenty of ice creams, paddles in the pool and rides on the merry-go-round. She loved watching the pelicans again too.



We did lots of other exciting things, like taking a ride on Thomas the tank engine, visiting all the wonderful animals at Featherdale Wildlife Park, going on the zig-zag railway in the Blue Mountains, to name a few. It was great for Ela to spend time with them.

When we waved them off at the airport, there were no tears just a smile and a wave 'see ya'. As they'll be back real soon (September).
