A day at the farm

Today we took Ela to a city farm. She has long been watching animals on her DVDs and in books and from the car window but today she got up close and personal with some pigs, sheep and cows. Not to mention ducks, chickens, birdies and even a kangaroo. She wasn't too sure about the feeding business but loved the Koala - called him teddy.

Ela is sporting a warm winter beannie from Norway, sent over (with matching scarf) from Nana and Great Gran who recently went on
a cruise around the Norweigan Fjords. It's amazing how she is more than happy to wear winter hats and yet she detests summer ones!
